Just so smart

Kai is almost 21 months old now and I think he's lost all trace of baby. He's a little boy. And so so smart. He talks incessantly, which is sometimes annoying, but mostly amazing. I've lost count of how many words he knows because he's onto sentences now. It's still a bit tough for people who don't spend a lot of time with him to understand all of his pronunciation, but if you speak Kai, you know that he's an amazing communicator. It's really fun to have real conversations and hear his stories and what happened during his day at daycare.

I'd like to say that we're such amazing parents and Kai is the smartest kid that ever lived, but I really believe that a lot of this is due to his daycare. He's at an amazing place where they have themes every work and learn something new every day. He brings home a craft every night.

Plus, he's with a lot of older kids and I think he picks up a lot from them. Including a few bad habits and germs, but overall, it's been really great.

He can easily count to 10 now and almost 20. This is him a few months ago as he was figuring out how to get to 10.
